First day in Dau, Wilma home barrio.
As soon as we arrive and unload Wilma's presents and food we are off to see all the friends in the barrio. Told we will be back to see her family after wards.
I know we did not see everyone in her barrio, alot where in the hills farming. But still her family circle is very large. 80+ people, so many cousins, uncles and aunties.
The barrio had a mixture of houses, mostly man made, a few out of concrete.
Everyone was happy to see me, and Wilma had a hard time translating for me :) She got a little angry later that they were more intrested in me than they were with her. A few had not talked to her for months and because I was there they wanted to see me.
Wilma would not allow her sister's to have any presents until they had agreed to do our laundry. Arlyn and Analyn were not too happy, but it seems its the local custom. And Wilma is the oldest sister so is in charge of kids in the family.
