Tumut.  In the Aboriginal language, it literally means resting place by the river.  So we're gonna be in this town for the next month or so.  Its not a huge town but as Jacqui says, "It's cute."  There are some good restaurants in town and the scenery around here is beautiful.  There's a nice river walk that we've been down.  The people here are really nice.  A little movie theater that plays one movie a week(Just one, at 19:30 on Saturdays).  And there are no stop signs or traffic lights that I've found(HOORAY!).

For restaurants here, so far we've tried Eagle Boys Pizza(an Australian Chain), Commercial (a hotel restaurant, tried bangers and mash for the first time), Wing Cheng(you guessed it, Chinese, expensive, but pretty good), Brandy's(our hotel's restaurant...reeeeaaallly tasty), The Corner (a local pizza shop, cheap and better than Eagle Boys), and a little pizza place next to the Golden Chicken (can't remember their name but they had a wood-fired pizza stove)
