Where I stayed
What can I say....we were following the trailer and the trailer missed the turn off to bypass Chicago. That SUCKS! We ended up in stop and go traffic for almost an hour in the middle of the day. And we had to go through a lot more tolls taking I-90 through Chicago. Which wasn't too much of a problem for me (I have an EZ-Pass for the bike) but they had to stop and dig in their pockets every couple of miles.
That night, we stopped in Albert Lea, Minnesota and stayed at the AmericInn. One of the guys that was trailering had developed a hernia so he went to the hospital while the other two guys and me went for drinks and dinner. What can I say, I was so tired after the two days of riding that after dinner, I laid out and went to sleep...at like 9:30pm! Oh and me and the other two guys were sharing a hotel room and I was in the sleeping bag. So they came in and walked around and were
talking without waking me up. They said they could hear me snoring from outside the room too.
