Pookie has started working on our actual mileage. Day 1 was updated to show we went 40 miles. More to come, we hope.
If anyone has cousin Andrews e-mail address, pls send him the link -- my address was bad but I think he would enjoy reading about our trip.

Tiffany - lots of frogs but the funniest was a freshly dead one, totally stretched our on its back with its front legs crossed across its chest.
Michael & Suzy - travelling the wine trail (said in a whiney voice).

Oh, dear! Update:
We got on the road @ 7:20 but one mile into the trip one of the bikes had a chain jump in a most terrible way and it broke nine spokes! We walked the bikes to a convenience store that was in view and found out the local bike store was next to the hotel we had just left! If this had to happen this was really the best time as really, the last big town we were in was in Plattsburgh back on Day 1. We walked the bikes back to the shop, turned on our cell phones and scattered to use a computer, eat, check out a sailboat (guess who) with one person staying with the bikes as the store did not open until 10 a.m. :(
They opened right on time and repairs are being made as I type.

Well Carmen, I just called Jade and gave her the mileages. I hope they are close to right. It was hard finding some of the small roads. I gave Jade the time it would have taken, if you were driving a car. Thought that would be fun. We are getting thunderstorms right now. It is 3:00 pm. Not to bad but lots of rain.
