My last stop before going home was New York City. I have a lot of friends from college and a cousin who are living there at the moment. I stayed with a good friend of mine, in Brooklyn, and a bunch of people I know got together on the weekend to see a concert. So it was a lot of fun.

It was pretty crazy being able to understand everybody perfectly again. I was also in a city that I knew reasonably well from being there before, so getting around was super easy. So all in all, it was really nice being back in the states, and hanging out with people I know, in places I know.
