Decided to stop into hotel shop and well, Rich's picture tells the story - Mr. Wheeler dealer when it's fun with shop keepers. Found a lovely replacement rug for dining room and a few things for the gals.
Walked to another hotel for lunch taking life in our hands :) About 15 tuk tuk drivers stopped to pick us up "shopping 40% off"!!" Some day I am going to stand in one spot and jump up and down screaming NO NO NO! they do not take a polite No or even a rude no for an answer :). too funny. Ended up at a lovely shop and found red silk etc. Xmas shopping happening! Then good fun in a tuk tuk to go to a bank for a few extra pennies.
Had my first pedi by a guy - manican? :) was super, followed by happy hour in tower we are in - no other women! worlds behind in many ways this India.
Lovely veg dinner before heading to bed before Yoga Retreat in a.m. and R to work.
