This is the India I have wanted to see in all my trips here. I am so incredibly blessed to have all these experiences virtually drop in my lap.
Yoga and meditation sessions have all been private for me - I am not fully sure why on the meditation side but soooo powerful and wonderful!
Meditation so simple and easy but with amazingly powerful impact. Peculiar how one lets life fill too much space, not allowing such simple techniques to be a way of life...this too shall change in my life.
Titles of photo's indicate my rudimentary understanding of what was going on.
