Fabulous trip to Claude Monet's Giverny - lots of train travel due to striking workers but made it through - fascinating watching the World of French folk from a train station and on the trains.  Will add photo's soon - busy now with the Conference.  Out to dinner with 8 others - Mexican friends and new Spanish friends - straining to understand conversation but good for the ears & mind.  Sweet Marta and Beatrice - amazing to realize how long we've known them.  Off on a tour of Paris bus ride 3 1/2 hours on bus - we're thinking of creating a disturbance if they hustle us around too much or don't let us off!!  Headline in Paris newspaper: "Strange Canadian grandmother with Mexican and Spanish female friends hijack bus in central Paris".  Photo's soon - Gala dinner is on the Seine tomorrow eve in a river cruise boat- need exercise - may swim behind - HEH!! it's frickin' cold here!!

Easy to see where Monet's inspiration came from! Beautiful!

"Bonjour Cheri" "Well....La - Dee - Dah, Dahlink!! I can hear you singing... "I Love Paris in the Springtime, I Love Paris in the FALL ......." Sounds absolutely 'delightful' and being fully enjoyed by both of you! Very 'stylish' chapeau, I might add. It is great to be travelling along with you."
Late, breaking NEWS from our 'Home Front' - Lisa and Brock got "Engaged" on Friday night!! We are all "ecstatic" !! Keep 'beaming' the messages - lots of fun. Hugs - "Mademoiselle Joycie" xo
