Each day at Noon the Captain gives us a report - It was 66 hours 49 minutes since we left Hamilton Island, we are cruising at 17 knots and should arrive in Darwin around midday Friday 8th. Air temperature is 31 degrees, Sea temperature 29 degrees.
We were awake quite early this morning, had coffee on the balcony about 6.30, the sea was calm, so too the passengers !
Another visit to the craft room, my little project nearing completion.
Met up with David on the top deck, he had already been in the pool several times to cool off.
It is quite deceptive when the wind is blowing and you could quite easily get burnt, so we only stay in the sun for a short length of time and then find some shade.
Very little to report today it has been very relaxing doing nothing !
Tomorrow we will be taking an excursion around the city of Darwin which also includes a harbour cruise so not too strenuous a day but should be interesting to see another Australian city.
The photo was taken on formal night when the waiters wear their dress uniforms, these two jumped at the chance of a photo opportunity, Julius & Putu are our waiters throughout the cruise and such lovely guys, great fun, excellent service always with a smile.
