Met up with two friends,Kath and Bill and Michelle and Ian at Cunnamulla caravan park on Friday afternoon.
Travelled to Damians in-laws Julie and Johns property ' Greenbank 'some 45 kms out of Cunnamulla next day.
Set up camp and enjoyed the clear skies and brisk breeze. Met up with our hosts and Dawn and Ray and Dr.Peter, and where taken on a tour of some of the property and a bit of 4WDing. Checked out the new cattle to be mustered into the herd next day. We helped with the muster (as best we could) a great experience and after lunch went on a check of the dams and other spots on the property.
Sunday night was karaoke thanks to Michelle with the music machine, lots of singing dancing and the occasional ale was indulged. Great time had by all, everyone had a stint with Michelle including Peter who was the only one young enough to handle a RAP song.
Our hosts have left us to return to Brisbane and we are enjoying ourselves with Yabbying and fishing and cooking great meals on the camp oven.
We are all so relaxed and can't believe how busy we can be doing not much at all. But that's what caravanning is all about.
