Woaahhhh today was big. me, beth, dayna, martin, and jorge were gonna go tooo cerro punta and there abouts for an adveeenture charlie! so we left the house around 9, sposed to be 8 xD and met jorge at romeros and caught ze bus!
got off at cerro punta and walked a ways till we started our little hike. biiiig hike. it was LONG as ever!! this blog, is gonna be more pictures than words, picture is worth a million words anyway right?
this hike was goooorgeous! dayna had converse, beth had hikin shoes, and i...uhh i wore flip flops. =O
it was sooo gorgeously pretty tho, the pix dont even do justice for this place! man o man it was great. the water was cold but we're from the north west, we're used to that ;)
we really didnt see hardly any creatures! no bugs, only a couple birds, and dayna saw a squirrel thing covered in moss run across the way, she said it aws huge and fast and i thought maybe it was a sloth till she said the fast thing. but, i wish it was a sloth. they have those here! the 3 toed kind!!! ohhh i'd be so happy to see one. OH! i forgot, 2 posts ago, the one where we had service and the party, while everybody was dancing, a big ol bat flew into the place! and the tall bro in pink hit it w his hand and it fell to the floor and he helped it out and it flew away and he washed his hands cuz it might have rabies. it was crazy. and bigger than other bats!
anyways. back to my story. it wasnt a sloth.
ummm then! our camera died. saddd faaace!!
but we wandered around there for a long time more, i think our hike was like 5 hours. we're sore today needless to say. but martin isnt! 15 yr olds dont get sore xD that, or we're just horribly out of shape. hehe.
anyways after that, we got some snacks, and hiked some moooore in volcan, to this awesome swimmy place martin has! ITS AMAZING! were going again on sunday so hopefully we'll have pix of it. but its amazing. paradisaic. theeen yeah we went home, and ate top ramen with eggs =9 and pretty much were really tired and showered and went to bed! good day! =D
