Okay, so here are some things I've learned while here:

1. It is possible for toast to be both burned and cold.

2. If you don't eat your roll, not only can you not have any pudding, but they'll keep giving it back to you until you do eat it.

3. Using the word eggplant is too simple, they prefer aubergine here.

4. If you are ever in a room with both black and white tiles, it is courteous to walk only on the white tiles so the dirt doesn't show.

5. They think it's cute to serve a course they call the "savory" (which was basically super-salted bacon around mushrooms on dry bread) as dessert. I'll stick to my usual unsavory-ness, thank you.

6. Porn is illegal here. I think it's because the people here are so unattractive that if they actually saw attractive people the population would die out. They already have to drink themselves stupid to manage to mate.

7. The spiral stairs are dangerous, and will attack unprovoked.

8. Most places will not let you get take out.

9. The two most commonly used seasonings here are: McCormick Bland Original Blend and McCormick Bland with Trans Fat.

10. And, vinegar is actually really good on fries.

So, that's my Oxford experience in a nut shell. Oh, except that everything is really expensive. That sandwich that's only 3 pounds? Yeah, try that's about $6. And it's really hard to learn as much as they tried to teach us in six weeks while attempting to tour Europe. I'm going to have to come back one day with money and time to party.

Ta-ta for now, kids, check the pictures!
