Forgot to say that we went to the beach last night. manhattan beach is very pretty and goes on for miles. I thought this would be the place for us to live whilst we are here so today I start to hunt and literally I mean hunt every realtor and leasing agency on the web that I can find.
It didn't go too well but I have started to understand the prices for rentals and how it varies by area. Manhattan beach is very hard to get anything as they are snapped up very quickly and can be pricey.. Lets focus on beach properties I decide and spread the search from Redondo beach in the south to Santa Monica in the north. This should give a good commute time for Matt and a chance at a dream home by the beach.
I finally draw up a shortlist of 35 properties!!!!
