So there we were in the middle of nowhere in Franconia State Park, with no showers and a hole in the ground for toilets. The girls were less than impressed. But we had breakfast and set out to see what there was to see. After paying (an exortionate! - abi) $13 we walked about 2 miles to this beautiful gorge and got to walk through it. Oh there was a bus to it to (yes all of 2 miles and they need a bus). There was even a cave Nic and I got to crawl through which was kinda cool. After that we headed to the basin which was fortunately free but a bit of a let down since it was just a small pool of water in a river. We took some photo's and then left to go swimming. However they were going to charge us $4 just to swim and Abi put her foot down so we decided to head back and chill at the campsite for a while. The campsite itself was very nice and we had a very lazy afternoon and then some yummy burgers cooked by Abi. That was pretty much it for the day as we went to bed fairly early after playing cards in the tent :)
