Brief 3 day training session in Ottawa. Primary purpose to familiarize the new interns with the bureaucracy of the Canadian International Development Agency and our NGO, the Canadian Society for International Health. It seems that a surprisingly large amount of our "foreign aid" budget must never leave the country.
