We took the loop walk from the campsite to top pool of Edith Falls. A lovely walk with the half way point at a gorgeous waterfall and swimming hole, it was lovely! We had a lovely time swimming before completing the loop walk.
We left Edith falls after our walk and headed on North. We turned off the road randomly to a tiny National Park we spotted on the map – Douglas Hot Spring Nature Park or Tjuwaliyn. A huge result – lovely hotsprings! It was about 35C in the bit we started in, the water coming from the origin was too hot to touch! You could move further down the river for a cooler spot or move up river for a hotter spot. It was like having a bath!! Brilliant!
We decided to crack on to Litchfield National Park, by the time we got there it was pretty late so we just set up camp and had some dinner
