Up and on the road again, exhausted from the night before. More golf on our way to Kalgoorlie-Boulder and finished the round in Kalgoorlie.  Was a fantastic thing to do and a brilliant way to break up the drive along the Nullarbor.  We even have certificates to prove we did it!

Visited the Super Pit in Kalgoorlie (a big gold mine).  Was really eerie.  Scary what man can do when he puts his mind to it.

Stayed in an 'interesting' caravan park.  Obviously lots of miners live there when they are on the job.  Glad we only had one night there.

Started the day in Kalgoorlie at the Miners Hall of Fame.  Did an underground tour of one of the old gold mines.  Really interesting to see the working conditions down there and what the miners had to put up with.  Made us realise how lucky we are!  Our tour guide was a chap named Jim who was a retired miner.  Really good to have someone who had lived that life give the tour.  Lots of interesting/scary stories.
