Left Smokey Bay on way to Ceduna and then to tackle the Nullarbor! Started the Nullarbor Links Golf Course in Ceduna, the world's longest golf course, starting at Ceduna in South Aus, finishing in Kalgoorlie in Western Aus. The fairways and greens are not exactly of a high standard but certainly have a hell of a lot of rustic charm...

The beginning of the Nullarbor proved uneventful. Beautiful openness with Emu’s, Wedge Tail Eagles (amazing birds with 2m wingspans), the odd Kangaroo and a lot of crows. At the Nullarbor roadhouse a crow even stole my golf ball. I chose not to count an extra stroke when I had to drop another ball. Stopped at Cactus, well know surf spot. Really isolated, wild, scary looking beach. Chose not to surf.
