Nothing worth mentioning happened in Johor Bahru, except that there was a crazy Japanese guy in the hostel i stayed in. Just somewhere to wait for my flight. The guide books describe it as a place with no tourist vaue, and to be honest i'd have to agree. Its basically a Singapore wannabe, with tons of shopping malls, cafes moneychangers and little else.
