Thursday I traveled to Cochem with the YC! It was a really great time. The kids were pretty good even though they hate walking and tours so a walking tour was like the last thing they ever wanted to do in their life...but it was a really cool castle. I love learning things about castles and exploring them, its crazy to think that someone used to live there! After the castle, we went on a boat tour of the area and got to see a lot of amazing views. Lyle took pictures of the castle, but sadly my camera died before the boat tour!

On Wednesday I went to Holiday Park with the YC. It had a ton of rides and such, my group of girls LOVE rides so we pretty much rode every ride they liked twice. The Ge-Force was the best ride there and had a drop that went almost straight down! It was so much fun to go on rides with the teens and explore the park. I had a smaller group then I had at Fantasia land so that was nice.

Today we had games and letters to soliders in the morning and then had a tournament event in the afternoon. I'm on break right now but so far it's been a good day! The teens are in open rec now, so they can do whatever they want until 6. Its fun to interact with them and observe how they all interact together. I definitely could see myself pursuing a career more focused on social relations or counseling youth.
Tonight a lot of the counselor group is going out to dinner downtown at this amazing Italian place, then our plan is to go out and have a good time, either in Landstuhl or Kaiserslautern. It should be fun, and then this weekend, either Colonge or Trier!
