Heading North, a couple of last stops at the beach to get a final few drops of sun. First stop Cocoa Beach. This beach is known for its surf, we had a dip and managed to body surf a few waves. Next time we will have to bring a board.

Second and final stop for Florida was St Augustine, the oldest continuously occupied "European" city and port in the continental United States. This beautiful picturesque town was a lovely stop. This city houses a Spanish fort called Castillo de San Marcos. This fortification was made of a form of coral-rock, the advantage of this is that the coral absorbs the shock from any cannons or bullets and causes no cracks or fractures in the structure. The fort has been kept in magnificent shape by the National Parks Service (the cannons and guns are also perfectly preserved). Additionally the fort is on the bay and affords beautiful views.

St Augustine is a beautiful old town made for wandering up market lined streets. We really enjoyed our stroll through this beautiful piece of history. Love and Peace to you all, the feeling young, Bek and Jesse Train.
