Day Tripping!!! Took off from Chattanooga for the day and headed to Scottsboro, Alabama, state #25. We drove an hour to a shop called Unclaimed Baggage. This place is where all the unclaimed baggage in the united states goes. They have brand new Coach and Gucci bags, skis, snow boards, cameras, CD's, books and clothes, clothes, clothes! They all sell for reasonable prices. Brand new items are half original retail and most clothes, books and CD's are $4, bargain! We got a few extra warm clothes to help us out as we head South and some books and CD's to help fill the time.
This place was totally awesome. There have been some crazy things found in the lost luggage department. If anyone remembers the movie the Labyrinth (who doesn't?) the puppet Hoggle, all 4ft of him, was found in an unclaimed suitcase with accessories. They now have him on display at the centre. They also have a violin that was inscribed from the 1700's, a sheet of $1 American bills that hasn't been cut and many more interesting things.
It was just a short trip so we gotta head back...
Love and Peace to you all, the thankful we haven't lost any luggage, Bek and Jesse Train.
