For dinner we had the traditional turkey, stuffing, carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes topped with marshmallow, biscuits, corn casserole and gravy. Dessert was pecan pie and custard or cream, we still have fruit cake, pumpkin pie and brownies! So the morning was spent preparing dinner, watching the parade and dog show, the afternoon was spent eating! The thanksgiving part of the day was lovely it was great to hear what everyone we thankful for from the past year. The house is once again full; Grandma, Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, friend and me.
It is now the evening and we have just played the Christmas Shopping game, I'm now trying not to fall asleep in front of the football! We have leftovers for the next few days as the turkey was 26lb! I'm still not yet hungry so I'll have some tomorrow.
