Our first stop in New Mexico was
Taos because it looked like it was a cute town and had a ski resort. The traffic through the town was horrible and drivers were crazy. We decided to drive into town a bit and then just ride our bikes around town. Turns out it is not a bike friendly town. We even asked a bike cop where we should go and if there were any bike racks. He said that that is the most asked question and it is unfortunately not a great town to ride bikes in. Turns out the town is just shops and restaurants anyway so we didnt stay long. I would definitely come back to ski there though. There was a movie theater so we took advantage of that and went to an afternoon movie. We then went back to our campsite had dinner and watched an amazing sunset. Being that the town was only shops we ended up not even taking the camera out to take pictures.
