Hello Limehouse!

This is just a quick post to let you know that I've made it to Seoul, which is the capital city of South Korea. It's a huge, huge city - 10 million people live here! That is four times bigger than Toronto! Wow.

Check out the Seoul subway map! It's a bit more complicated than I'm used to in Toronto, let's hope I don't get too lost :)

I'll write more later, I hope you're all having a good week!

Happy Thanksgiving! Are you all enjoying lots and lots of turkey??

I'm just adding some more pictures of Seoul, in Korea for you. Some of food, some of the city, and some of the DMZ.

Who knows what the DMZ is??? Well, it stands for De-Militarized Zone. It is the 4km wide strip of land which separates North and South Korea. They don't get along with each other very well, so it's an area where neither of them are allowed to go, so they don't argue! Tourists are only allowed into the DMZ on a tour bus, and you can only go where the soldiers let you go. It's cool because you have the chance to look through binoculars into North Korea. No tourists at all are allowed into North Korea, so it's the only way you can see it! I put up a picture for you all to see!
We really enjoyed being in South Korea, and were very sad to leave, but very excited to go to to China!

Mrs Donohoe on

It looks very similar to the London underground.
