On the way into limbe we were stopped by police who wanted to see our insurance...little problem, we didn't have any! Luckily bullshit baffles batons and after showing carnets and v5's we were allowed to go!

First job on the agenda...get insurance for Central African States. Hmm £60 later I'm fully insured for a year! What a process too, re enforcing the status of a stamp holder in Africa!

Later we went went to the fish the market and had more delicious fish...never thought I'd be such a fan!

Like a proper holiday / tourist we went to the Great ape sanctuary - for gorillas and chimpanzees that have been rescued. Gorillas were absolutely incredible and with some very sad stories. Now more serried to try see lowland gorillas in the east or in Gabon.

Met a lovely couple Erika and Ryan - Erika is originally from SA and her husband Ryan from Cameroon. Lovely people so if you're ever in Limbe visit there cafe! We discussed the vision for Africa and the disappointment Africa feels in south africa...bit of a burden for one country me thinks!

A very political day...later we met an artist, Bantu Freeman (I have a feeling that names for a bit of effect). He too was keen to discuss the political if Africa and the what SA is not doing for Africa. Interesting listening to him as he'd showed respect and support for ghadafi. Theres a clearly a desire (not only in Cameroon) for a unified continent of Africa, what people don't seem to understand is that if you can't unify a country how can you unify a continent?

Taking a ride to Kribi tomorrow, we heard a about the wild rustic beaches and fishing boats bringing fish straight to the beach restaurants!
