Mamfe was absolutely beautiful, rolling lush green hills dotted with lots of little well kept villages (gardening is popular...weird where my mum turns up!) along amazingly smooth roads. Lots of tight twist and bends!

Did 392km to Limbe which is our longest ride for some time. No great photos, just can't do justice!

Altitude was 2km up...really stunning.

Got to limbe and found a brilliant guest house on the sea. Cold beer, Internet, stay 2 nights while we wait for Angolan visas in yaounde.
