Goodbye NYC and Philly

Katie and I just returned from visiting some of our UK friends in NYC.  We had a great time and loved seeing everyone.  We really missed Laura.  Had an amazing time going out in NYC.  We went to a bar called Rodeo on Lexington I think.  It was really cool.  All of us sat up stairs in this lounge section with couches.  They encourage you to eat peanuts and throw the shells on the ground.  We took full advantage and started a game of if I throw something into your cup you have to drink it all.  Then we went to a club called Duvet which was on Sex and the City.  It has beds all over the club.  The drinks were pricey but the music was good.  We had a corner to ourselves and had a great time. 

The next day we spent quality time with Alex and Lynn walking around NYC.  
We went to the market and saw some amazing break dancers by the Pulitzer Fountain. Our last night was perfect; spent it at the Hilltop in Purchase, New York with all the vets and one newbie (thanks for coming Adam).  We just happened to see Mo there as well and we saw Munthar. 

Our last day we went into NYC with Lynn.  We finally made it to a table at Serendipity after four years of trying. We went just before it opened and got straight in!!!  Every other time we have gone the wait has been two to four hours.  The Frozen Hot Chocolate was so yummy.  Katie and I both ordered our own.  Big mistake.  Can easily shared by two or three people.  The eccentric Hostess was also a highlight of the place.   Then we went on The Sex and the City Tour which was so good.  We saw Paris, the Plaza, a lot of the resteraunts, and night spots.  We went into Aidan and Steve's bar called O'Niells in real life and had a cosmo.   We Sat on Carrie's stoop, so surreal. 

Now we are back in Philly and saying goodbye.  Katie leaves today and I leave Sunday.  I'm really sad to say goodbye but so excited at the same time. 
Next stops Flordia and Nebraska. 

PS:  WE HAVE JOBS IN VIETNAM!!! YEAH!!!!
