What a journey it has been and continues to be! This is one large entry but it encompasses and touches on life in South Africa. We live in Hermanus, a coastal town 80 miles outside of Cape Town. We missed the whale season and hope to return and witness this incredible experience. One hundred plus whales fight for space to have their calves right off Hermanus. Between the people, climate, nature, scenery, restaurants and wineries, you can't help but love the lifestlyle here. We're getting spoiled! Thanks for letting us share...
