I'll keep this short because we're a month behind schedule on the old blogaroo and I'm pretty sure all you people care about is the photos anyway!

So Cartagena....Beautiful place. We bused it down from Santa Marta with our new English friends Charlie and Christian. We had 3 days there where we spent our time wandering through the old town absorbing the Caribbean atomosphere enjoying the sunsets and generally having all of the laugh. The highlight though had to be our trip to the volcanic mud bath. Pictures I think describe it best but basically about 45 minutes outside of Cartagena there's a giant anthill like "volcano" with steps up one side. Yu climb up and get into a pit of grey mud that has the texture of cake mix (flour and egg lads!). You get full body massages from old guys in hats and then you walk down to a lake where old women await to wash the mud off you - and they wash everywhere.....EVERYWHERE ;)
