Susan spent the last three days working with a client.  The kids and I spent quite a bit of time at Folsom Lake.  As with Alaska, the fish did not fear us.  We tried worms, lures, stinky cheese bait.  Alas. 
The kids did make friends with "Stickly" the first day.  They surfed on him, used him as a barrel roll device and just floated around the lake.  Yesterday they found some more logs.  Today we will aim to go to Pollock Pines or Tahoe.  Tomorrow head out to the Redwoods.
