The day before the wedding – and everyone is very calm – but there are some last minute jobs. As you can see from the photos we have beautiful accommodation inside and out.  The weather is perfect and it is forecast to be just the same for the wedding.  Elin has her prom tonight and looks very elegant.  Gywnne and Eleri's daughter Sian, who also visited Australia in 2010, is the bride to be.   The wedding plans seem to be proceeding as it would in Australia, except last night Sian and Gareth (bride and groom) had their house visited by "friends" whilst they were away with the intent to cause “mischief” as is the custom in rural Wales, the night before the wedding.  They spread bales of hay and hay twine all over the garden and put up For Sale signs.  The worry was that they would visit here during the night and busy themselves.  Gywnne had some friends guard the marquee armed with paint ball guns.  We didn’t hear anything during the night, however, they must have been outside revving a chain saw and yelling “timberrrrr”.  They let off some fire crackers and painted a big heart on the road.  Oh well – all in good fun!!  All seems ready for a good day tomorrow.
