Barichara and Guane

Today we caught the bus to Barichara, an authentic olde world colonial town not far from San Gil. It is a very pleasant place to walk around and we stayed to about lunch time. We then hiked along a cobbled stone indigenous path that goes from Barichara to Guane bird watching as we went. Guane is a smaller version of Barichara and is still much like it might have been hundreds of years ago. We hiked back along the trail to Barichara where we caught the bus back to San Gil.
