We first start in Majahadonda, about 30 minutes northwest of Madrid at Myriam's place, she is the sister of a Melbourne friend of ours, Mabelle. We don't have much Spanish and Myriam doesn't have much more English so we speak Spanglish when Diego, her son, is not around. She looked after us very well, she is a great cook!
