We were nearing the end of our adventure here. Mixed feelings. Long for home but sad to leave. Well they say, everything good has to end.

It was a free & easy day for us. A final day to buy souvenirs and other brick bracks to bring back home. That morning, brought the boys up for a swim again and then off to the Creek for our final outing there. My eldest & I went to the Heritage House, Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum House, Sheikh Obait Bin Thani House,  &  the Diving Village, all located next to each other which we didnt manage to visit earlier as they were closed on Friday.

We spent some time at Obait's house as it gave good insights about history of mankind, about Islam, and the life hearafter. I luv the courtyard and the Pippal tree. After a roller coaster exposure to insanely expensive hotels, fast cars, largest malls, tallest buildings and materiallistic culture what have you in Dubai, this humble small old house reminded us the root cause of our existence, how the universe started, the evolution of man & religion, to do good in life, life after death, and the reckonings hereafter. We luv Obait's house for its architecture and purpose. We left Obait's house, reminded of our existence.

We continued our walk back to the Old Souk. The soft morning wind of the Creek contributed to our pleasant walk. We took several scenic shots of the place for remembrance sake.  Bye- bye Creek. We gonna miss you.

In the evening we visited Karama market again for one final look at things to bring back home. Nothing much for our fancy except that we haggled for some cheap perfumes and bought nearly a half dozen more. LOL
