Fun in Philly

After an exhausting few days at camp we mustered up the enthusiasm and headed into Philly to meet up with Sandra and Amy who are 2 of Andrea's close friends. The bar offers a wide selection of home brewed beer and the first choice turns out to be a flat beer which, according to the waitress is how it should be served, ok then!
Well, Garvo and I give up talking and enjoy listening to the 3 girls chatting (I thought that Emma Roscoe and my brother could talk a glass eye to sleep). We particulary enjoyed Amy's recollections of near misses in her car, one involving running over a deer and the other, when a long metal rod came loose from the lorry in front and was bouncing down the road and she managed to avoid it and continue driving. Remind us not to get in a car with her!

I thought when you said I had a mention it would be that you missed the most beautiful American girl you've met so far and can't believe that no one has come close to matching her shining personality. Oh well, I guess this was as close as we're going to get!
