Second part of RADA workshops yesterday - was very fun. We had to do a retelling of 'Little Red Riding Hood' without speaking - it was all about physicality and the such like. In my group I was the big bad wolf.... :D. Decided to ham it up because it's in no way serious and is a little bit of fun. It was funny though because one of the RADA guys (much to my delight!) asked me if I'd done any theatre before and when I said that I had, he told me that you could tell. Squee.

Keeping on the theatre theme, off to go see 'Much Ado About Nothing' this afternoon; only it's a modern version, set in World War Two with much swing music to accompany it apparently. Should be interesting. Original Shakespearean language juxtaposed with the modern concept... oh well, I'm always up for new adaptations... (just as long as it's not as atrocious as Baz Luhrmann's R+J - I know people will disagree with me but HAWAIIAN SHIRTS?! REALLY?!)

Went to a show last night as well... Cunard singers and the orchestra. It was good; some of the song choices were a little bit to be desired however (the osmonds? Really?), never mind, it was fun. Although when they did break into a Donny song my first thought was of my dad and how much he would love to be there right at that second.... the orchestra, the cruise ship singers and donny osmond. Not.

Anyhoo... love you and leave you!
