Rome.... Theres Only a few words in the Dictionary that Discribes such a place like ROME!
Busy,Masterful,History and NIGHTLIFE....

Well we got into Rome "Camping Roma" at 5:30pm and it was 33c outside, I hit the Swiming pool with Vinny, Jess and Haro straight away. We headed over the road to a supermarket after the swim for some cheap dinner and some beer... 6 pack of Longneck Hieniken was only 5.50 euros 600ml. Amazing how cheap it was. We played drinking games and then hit the Campsite nightclub where most of the Locals had called home for the night because there was about 500 people packed in. It was Camo night so everyone had to wear Army Camo but i just went like normal Hold up the Aussie Flag.

Wild night and woke up about 8am. went for a swim in the pool and just lied around for a while. Was going to have a lazy day with Vinny, But at about 11:45am we decided to catch the last bus into Rome. We legged it to the bus and just got on.

Where to go first? We decided we would hit the Big touristy spots today and walked to Trevi Fountine... Yep we got lost. Any ways we found it in the end and threw a coin over the shoulder, then forgot what shoulder to throw over so we did one over each shoulder.

We headed off to see the Tomb of the Unknown solider after that and Then to the Collocium, It has not changed in 13 years since i last visited it HAHA! i wonder why.
I still love it its just Amazing to look at and to hear about the History of the Gladiators who Fought there. We headed back to the Campsite and Hit the Club again.

12am and they had a Boat race.... 4 vs 4 Vinny,Haro,Venessa and Myself Vs 3 yanks and a Big Bloke for Sydney. "Boat Race- Meaning Sculling a pint of beer in line until the last person finishes" OHHH We won dam Straight Haro brought the team in with a strong finish against the Big Sydney Bloke. Aussies Ruling the Way again. No chance for the Yanks.

Well next morning we Hit the Vatican and the Spanish Steps. I actually Saw the Tomb of POPE JOHN PAL. It was really sad because people were crying. Basically because he Died 1 month ago.

Well off to Florance to see my Mate Dave. Cheers
