Day One was a lazy one. After a good nights sleep we lazed around and explored our new surroundings. Tennis in the morning (on their private court) was followed by Swimming in Kevin and Carrie's private pool - at least they were private today as there was nobody else around.

The weather was hot but not too hot - and although there were some clouds they were welcome as they kept the temperature down and rain never threatened.

That evening we were joined for a Barbecue (on a massive barbecue) by Tom and Beth whom Kevin works for. It was a very enjoyable evening - weather fab, food great (especially Lilly the Lamb) and interesting conversation.
