Sunday afternoon and the kids are so eager to leave that they cannot wait any longer and start walking towards Dublin. Thanks to Siobhan's advice re shopping and the number of bags we would need the back seat was very squashed !! The Irish Summer weather (which was not around when we were packing) returned as we drove through Athboy - in the rain.

Christine has been saying for months that her holiday would begin with her first step into Bewleys and so it did !!
