Well we havenīt seen any lava yet, because the Volcano is surrounded in clouds, but we did take a very beautiful hike to a waterfall with a swimming hole. Very cool! Altogether itīs been a very good day.

Tonite we will see what happens with the clouds, maybe we can see something tonite. We might just take a taxi to the observatory and hope and pray. If not, we are off to Santa Ellena where we have two tours booked: the SkyTrek and the SkyWalk.

The SkyTrek is a trek and zipline tour through the Monteverde cloud forest canopy. The SkyWalk is a selfguided walk through a bunch of trails and long suspension bridges. Should be fun!
