What an awesome day. We decided to go to the park with an american couple we met at our hostel. They´ve turned out to be really cool. We just finished dinner and are now checking out this internet cafe. Aside from the falls, Puerto Iguazu is a pretty happenin´ place. Because of the falls, there is a constant stream of backpackers and travels from all over the world, which makes it interesting.
Today, we took the hour bus ride to the park and just started exploring. We pretty much did all the main paths of the falls. There was a little more on Isla San Martin and there is still forest walks, but I´m not sure we can fill up 3 days. Though we might just chill out at the hostel one day.
After exploring most of the fall paths, we decided to take one of the boat tours. It was 45 pesos, which is roughly 20 CAD and man was it worth it. They take you right out into the rapids and drive you right up into several of the falls around Isla San Martin. It was a lot of fun. I have quite a few good pics, but this is the kind of place that pictures can´t really represent properly.
