Writing this now from the in out hostel 12km ouside of Barcelona City. Its just a 15 min train journey to the Centre.
Arrived in Barca last night, tired, hungry and at 3 30 in the morning. 25euros by taxi to here, so waited for the subway metro to open at 5am.
Met a nice Canadian girl in the interim, then got the WRONG F!*king train, which took me about 20kms the wrong way so had to come back.
Tip in barcelona, There are 4 types of train in Barcelona,
The national one that takes you too other parts of spain
The Subway metro underground.
The city train that take you to the place the Subway doesnt!
And the FGC ferrocarrils, which looks like a tram, but on a track..so essentially another train...which goes, i guess where ever the other 3 dont!
So, now ive got that sorted, i hope, im ok.
THe hostel is set at the top of a small mountain, god, walking up was a killer.
But the view is amazing. Ill add some pics on this blog later.
Any way, sun is shining, its about 25 degrees and im gonna into barca to get some supplies,
