Left Hameln for Hamburg, but we stopped along the way to what we were told was 'The Largest Dinosaur Park in the World'.  Not that we've been to many of these mind, but definitely worth the stop, much better than I thought it would be.  Nathan went balistic, and got into the dino world atmosphere without any prompting.

The whole trail went a tad over 2 and a half kilometers but you wouldn't know it, and in typical German precision all the 'Eras' were in order, right up to stone age, they even planted the appropriate trees to resemble the plants at that time.  The best part (and which hasn't really been done properly anywhere) were that all the models were to scale, so it gave you a real idea of how big these animals were, there was a dragonfly that was nearly a metre long.  It was given the authenticity in that actual footprints were first discovered there, so we got to see that, albeit you needed to use your imagination a little.

Now we're in Hamburg and having a low calorie meal for a change.  The Fuch's are staying with friends and we have a self catered apartment only 5 km's from the CBD, very nice a tidy. We'll see them around Thursday so we've got some days to do our own thing which is really good.
