yeah! after hearing all about all the amazing snow that's happened in England its finally our turn! for the last 3 days its been snowing here in wuxi. it snows constantly but its only a small amount so the snow is only about and inch or so thick but its still awesome!

the first day me and Ben went out to a few places downtown to have a walk around in the snow. the old style buildings look really nice with the snow on them. and how do the Chinese deal with snow on the roads and paths? you'd think it was with salt bins or some kind of truck sweep thing, but no, in classic china style, they get the poor to sweep it away! so we saw allot of teams of people sweeping and shoveling the snow off the paths all day long.

yesterday we went out to the luihu(sp) park area and we made a Buddha snowman, which got some looks from the Chinese passing us! we decided to make it on the bridge where there was lots of fresh snow. heather and cat made threes the other side so when we had finished it looked like we had made snowman guards.
me Ben and hunter walked for ages by the lake and got into the turtle head park fro free by climbing round the fence ;)
by the time we got in we were pretty freezing and sleepy. it felt like we had come back from a school trip.

we were supposed to go to the big Buddha with the school but because of the snow it was canceled :(

so back to work tomorrow :( but Becky and bex will be here in 2 weeeeeeks! wooo good times! :D
