Worked all day with Scott. Drove across town to spring repairers. They say to drop car off tomorrow. They will make top spring leaf and perhaps others as necessary for offside front and fit. Lunch with Scott and Ron. Did tappets and timing. Fitted new plugs and points .Replaced rocker cover gasket. Car seemed to run very well .Did compression test. Min.125 lbs, max 130 lbs. No.4 cylinder runs cool and therefore rich. Plug pretty black. Both compression and plug condition exactly same as when car returned from Spanish trip.
