Hugo and Bast Deans joined me in Kos and we have sailed north, visiting the little narrow inlet of Vathy on Kalymnos Island and on to Leros Island  where we anchored for the night.  Masses of weed so it took three attempts to get the anchor to set.  Bought some delicious food in Lakki in the morning and sailed on to anchor at a remote island north of Leros.   Later in the day with the right wind we sailed on to the island of Lipsi where we anchored and tied up to the end of a finger which was just fine.  Charming Greek village, remote, non touristy with at least 6 white churches with aquarmarine rooves.  Left early the next day and sailed through rocks everywhere to Patmos a small island but touristy as it has an exquiste monastary and cave set high surrounded by an iconic village with streets wide enough for one person.  John was given the book of Revelations from God in the cave - so we have cruise boats coming in like trains.   Its blowing pretty hard so we might stayput till eases a little.
