"Holy smokes Batman", sorry it was on TV last night and still fresh in my mind, Hanoi is CRAZY cool. Over the past two days we have seen a plethora of stuff. Yesterday we hit up Ho Chi Minh's "pad" and mausoleum with an excellent tour guide. Also, we went on a cyclo tour of the old quarter (see video). FYI, cylco is a three-wheel bicycle. Flo got a burst of energy after a glass of wine and dinner and hit the gym while Pho worked diligently on this blog.
Today we checked out of the Intercon (awesome hotel) and checked into the Hilton Hanoi Opera House. Just for your info, it's not the infamous Hanoi Hilton. Flo made a new buddy that followed us around as we searched for nước. She needs to learn how to "no" in Vietnamese.
Tomorrow we're heading out to actually se Ho Chi Minh and going an "art tour of Hanoi," yep I'm broadening my horizons.
