We headed back to Churchill Downs to finish off the trackside tour, a fantastic venue, reminded us a lot of Flemington, pity we are missing the spring carnival back home, but it's a hell of a lot cheaper than the Derby.
Millionaires Row, which are the best seats at the Derby (generally celebrities buy these), will set you back $68,000 US for the day, and that's all you get - the seat!
Next stop Chicago, this is a town known for it's architecture, and just making our way to our apartment proved this to be true, amazing skyscrapers everywhere!
We made a quick trip to a French Market to get some supplies for dinner, then headed back our to the city for a stroll. We ended up at Millennium Park, which has fantastic public art. The Bean, a giant silver reflective bean, is possibly Chicago's most famous public artworks at the moment.
