This morning we went to the museum with Sarina, a friend of Lucy & Stefan who had very kindly lent us a whole host of baby gear. The Royal Ontario Museum is a kids' paradise, Toby could have spent hours in the childrens exhibits, and the dinosaur exhibit was also great.

Following this we had the first of our feasts: a southern Indian experience at Madras Masala, a great Indian eatery near Christie's park. We had dosa's, a flat crepe-like pancake, with fillings, and dips. Absolutely stuffed!

Then, the big disappointment of the day. We had been all psyched up for the Blue Jays, hot dogs, and beers. But someone (your correspondent) had got the game time wrong- it was 1pm, not 7pm!

So labor day evening is difficult to find things to do in Toronto. After a long drive along Harborfront, to the Beaches, and along Queen St, we settled on the Drake Hotel, for our second great feast. Lucy and Stefan had the ribs, Ali had a blue cheese salad, and Antony had meatballs. Well actually one single meatball, on top of polenta. Stuffed full again! But fantastic food, the best pub in our trip by a country mile.

Today's famous Canadian is Keanu Reeves. I always thought he was Hawaiian, but he was born in Beirut, moved a lot as a kid, and is claimed by Canada. So there you go.
